Ronin Farm & Restaurant (Bryan)
History is steeped into this husband-and-wife concept located in the former Ice House on Main, where even the hand-built suspension tables are forged from the wood salvaged from the original office flooring. At the helm is chef Brian Light who’s creating some of the most spectacular farm-to-table cuisine in the state, as he explores Texas’ rich culinary tradition in rotating, seasonal dishes like wagyu chicken fried steak and tempura fried onions and zucchini from the restaurant’s farm located just south of Lake Bryan.
