Ronin Farm & Restaurant
Bryan
Chef Brian & Amanda Light have built a legendary farm-to-table concept over the past decade. Ronin Farm & Restaurant serves as a prime location for food, fellowship, and nostalgia while preserving the culinary traditions of Texas by sharing sustainable foods and exceptional experiences with the community.
Ronin features family farm cuisine with a constantly evolving menu. Set in the beautiful, newly-renovated historic Ice House on Main in Downtown Bryan, their restaurant shares an open-air kitchen with the dining room, floor-to-ceiling exposed brick, and hand-built suspension tables made using wood salvaged during renovation from the original office flooring. Ronin’s farm is located just south of Lake Bryan and serves as an event venue as well as the center of their food production.
With each full moon, Ronin presents a new menu at their Full Moon Dinners, reflective of the best of each month’s harvest. Stop by the restaurant on your way to the farm to pick up recommended wine pairings or feel free to bring along that which suits your tastes. Enjoy a 9-course tasting menu in the forest, complete with intermezzo and dessert. Begin the evening with a tour of the family farm, and then dine in the forest. Showcasing produce from the farm, the meal is prepared in a professional kitchen converted from an old barn on the property. Round off the night with a walk down a candle-lit path to the herb garden for dessert, set underneath the full moon and the stars.
In addition to restaurant hours, Ronin regularly hosts public and private events at the farm and around town: Full Moon Dinners, family-style meals, movie nights, family farm days, classes and more. Everyone is invited to experience agricultural roots in a new-age farm-to-table setting.
Join us in Bryan, Texas to experience this legend yourself.
